According to internal policy, legal entities belonging to Mozambique Modular Refineries (MMR) are authorised to transact exclusively with counterparties registered as approved counterparties by the Compliance Department, after satisfactory completion of the due diligence process. Please complete this form and attach all supporting documentation.
The information provided in this form (including but not limited to any personal data) ("the Information") will be processed for the sole purpose of the due diligence process applicable within MMR, in strict confidence and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including any relevant data protection legislation). The Information may be disclosed to (i) legal entities belonging to MMR, (ii) financing banks, and (iii) third-party consultants appointed to conduct the due diligence process. It may also be disclosed to governmental and/or regulatory authorities as required for MMR to comply with its obligations.
